From the first contact they have gone above and beyond to accommodate me. I was deployed and unable to call, so they contacted me during non business hours through Facebook to take care of me and get the ball rolling. Through the whole process Jerry continuously contacted me through text or phone calls. Swapping hunting stories and pictures of dogs training. There is no other way to describe this little 28-gauge Zeus other than breathtaking. Every time I take it out I notice something new about it. The details are flawless and elegant. From the cursive writing on the barrels, to the tiny feather on the bottom of the receiver, to the wood and stain... you can tell the people at R.F.M. take extreme pride in what they are building.
